All services are subject to a written scope of work agreed upon prior to the start of any job. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
All estimates provided by Menifee Asphalt Paving are based on a visual inspection of the site and the scope of work described at the time of the estimate. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
Final pricing may change if conditions on-site differ materially from what was observed during the estimate, if the customer requests changes to the scope of work, or if unforeseen conditions are encountered during the job. Any change to the agreed price will be communicated to the customer before additional work is performed.
Estimates do not constitute a guarantee of a fixed price unless expressly stated in a signed written contract.
Job dates are scheduled based on crew and material availability. We will notify you of your scheduled date and any changes as far in advance as practical. Weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control may require rescheduling.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover mobilization costs, as specified in your written agreement.
